Our service will commence with a site survey to fully assess the damage and outline the work required to return the property to a pre-incident condition. We will compile a full report and quotation for the work required which would then be available for your insurance company or loss adjuster handling your claim.
Upon receiving a call to our office we will arrange a convenient appointment to attend site to complete the site survey or to commence the initial clear up. We will then agree a plan of action to carry out essential cleaning works plus any odour control requirements.
Fire damage will inevitably extend beyond the initial clearing and cleaning of the affected building and involve the assessment, restoration, and possible removal and storage of soot affected contents.
